As one of the most successful manufacturer of wood gasification plants, we can prove the reliability of our technology again in 2016.
The evaluation is based on the dates from the wood gasifiers V3.90 with CHP ECO 165 HG, ECO 180/190 HG, and the gasifier V4.50 with smartblock. The medium availability of more than 150 plants over a period of 50 weeks is 91 %. This corresponds to an annual operating time of approx. 7970 operating hours. An availability of 100 % comply with the annual operating hours (8760 h) multiply with the respective nominal power. Because of this calculation, availabilities of more than 100 % are possible. That means some plants run with more than the nominal power on average. Furthermore, wood gasifiers and CHP´s with Burkhardt maintenance and service contract generally have a better running time than those without.
