Holtmeyer sawmill increases its added value
At the beginning of 2017, the Holtmeyer sawmill started a large-scale project, which involved the construction of a pellet works with a complex heat supply. With its own pellet production, the added value of the company is set to increase in the future. In order to be able to meet the high heat demand of the new pellet works, the Holtmeyer company is counting on four Burkhardt wood gasifiers with the four associated pilot injection CHPs, in addition to a new 2 MW wood boiler. Together these provide an output of 720 kW of electrical and 1,080 kW of thermal energy.
